Sticky Notes Not Opening
Actually, there is a program to open sticky notes but the trick is that its not in the PROGRAMS folder. It is in WINDOWS SYSTEM32 folder. To restore your stick notes, go to C: Users YOUR USER AppData Roaming Microsoft Sticky Notes Right click your sticky note file (.snt) and chose OPEN WITH (select open if open-with is not there). Click Browse. Just an idea: If you open your pdf with the sticky notes go under the menue 'ADVANCED' and select 'Extend Features in Adobe Acrobat Reader'. This should enable her to use the comments & sticky notes etc. In case she just has a simple Acrobat Reader and no writer.The other option available - if for some reason it is a matter of platform - which I can not believe but not all technical things are.
Sticky Notes has (for a day or two now) not been displaying when I open the program. I am using Windows 10 on my laptop. The icon still appears on the taskbar, and when I hover over this with the cursor, it still displays a preview of a handful of notes,so I think perhaps it is still there, but just not displaying. Regardless, the actual notes themselves do not appear on the desktop when I click on the program or when I right click the icon and click 'add note' either. Sticky Notes was opening up ok, but as soon as I clicked on a note and tried to enter text, the programme was shut down.
